Everything is frozen outside,
I have to travel till the other side.
Feels like a lonely shore,
Even wind doesn't move, everything still.
Just faces, faces surround me.
I don't know how to read them,
Do they have an answer for my quest?
I don't understand their language.
I've lost a home, I've lost a destination too.
All i have is an endless journey,
A journey through those emotions,
Emotions that i fail to understand.
I want a hand...
Please, just a hand to hold me,
I want some help...
To explore my depths.
I know there is my answer in me,
But I'm lost, please find me,
I have searched a lot for what i lost,
It feels like dark demons protect it.
And then i decide to take a chance alone,
To leap into the ocean that is between me and the other side,
But only to realize that the ocean is bottomless,
Once i fall, i might never come back.
I'm at the edge, i might fall anytime.
I cry for some help, but it rebounds like a rhyme.
I'm in a riddle that I'm unable to solve,
I need some help atleast before i fall.
Then i realize that my faces push me into this,
I see a mirror in the ocean that shows my face too,
I'm falling into its hands, its depths,
All i wanted was to explore my depths.
Okay, I'll fall, And i won't oppose,
But can you atleast make it slow?
I know that i won't return, i don't ask for help,
But please, just a few more moments before sorrow?
But they were merciless, they push me inside,
And between those faces, one was mine.
Yes, I was thirsty for my own blood,
Yes, I'm the demon that i always were afraid.
And then i fall slowly into the hands of hell,
All emotions lost, all empty inside my body,
The ocean, like tears, rushing into my blood,
I don't smile or cry, I've lost my meaning to dwell.
And all hopes lost, I'm ready to sink,
My depths have become hollow ,without ink.
My soul is now an abandoned art.
I see my end so imminent in heart.
Have you felt how heart stops?
It doesn't pain like thoughts.
Slowly it just hardens to be a shell,
A shell that has no life, just a shell...
And then like from nowhere, i hold onto something tight,
Something that warmly felt in the cold hands of mine,
Something that refused to leave me, for some reason i can't find,
Something so determined to pull me out, i couldn't find a way to let go.
Oh Christ, it was that sailor's hand, who is from the other side.
The sailor who came to my land, like an answer to my cries.
He willingly fed me with drops of his soul, to revive a fallen heart.
His sword was mighty to destroy every rope that choked me.
