Nocturnal Rainbows

From the shades of black, 
I see the colours of horizon, 
That seeps into broken hearts, 
The colours of nocturnal rainbows. 

When the clock ticks to sleep, 
I have seen unicorns take shape, 
In the hues of rainbow, 
On nights when the moon dies. 

I know the enchanting scents, 
That rest in the throbs of this night. 
Like a thousand candles lit in dark, 
I know that embers in your heart .

The embers of love, lights of hope, 
I see you each night, through my broken window, 
When the world calls it fantasy, 
I see their shuttered eyes,imprisoned in facts. 

I wonder when you will reaveal to the world, 
Watching this darkness through your eyes. 
Some unknown traveller's melody, 
Ringing through the walls of this late hours. 

Then I know, you are the prisoner, 
Of the laws of these continents.
One day I shall set you free, i know it is through me, 
I'll show the world what nocturnal rainbows mean....
